Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self compassion dengan resiliensi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 310 mahasiswa tingkat akhir FIP UNJ. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik accidental sampling. Alat pengumpul data berupa instrumen Skala Welas Diri (SWD) dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD RISC) Short version-10 item yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan semua butir pernyataan valid. Uji reliabilitas untuk variabel self compassion sebesar 0,962 dan untuk resiliensi 0,801 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara self compassion dengan resiliensi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir FIP UNJ dengan koefisien korelasi 0,498 dan siginifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in final year students. This research uses correlation method with quantitative approach. Total of 310 final year students of Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta have been participated in this research. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The data was measured by Skala Welas Diri(SWD) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD RISC) Short version-10 items were adapted by the researcher. The results of the validity test show that all statement items are valid. The reliability test for the self-compassion variable is 0.962 and for resilience 0.801 is in the very high category. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between self-compassion and resilience in final year students of the Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta with a correlation coefficient of 0.498 and a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05).
