Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dengan bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis pengaruh dari media lingkungan dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan buku, jurnal serta sumber relevan yang sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari sumber data yang telah diperoleh, media lingkungan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa di sekolah dasar. Selain dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi, media lingkungan membuat menulis puisi menjadi lebih menyenangkan, menarik, dan membuat siswa menjadi lebih kreatif, aktif, dan percaya diri selama pembelajaran berlangsung dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Maka dari itu, model pembelajaran menggunakan media lingkungan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu model alternatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi dan kulitas dalam pembelajaran. The research is the result of library research with the purposes for studying and analysing the influence of media environment in trying to improve the capability or skill to write the poetry of student elementary school. The methode of research which is used is descriptive analysis. The technical data collection in this research is using books, journals, and also the relevant source which is suitable with the research. The technical data analysis which is used in this research is Miles and Huberman namely; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Based on the analysis result from source of data which is collected, environmental media can enrich the skill or capability in writing poetry of student elementary school. Besides that can improve environment media to write poetry become more comfortable interesting and make the student be more creative, active, and self confident during the learning process was going on and also can get more the result in learning Indonesian language subject. Therefore learning styles used the environment media can be referable as one of the styles of alternatives or options to boost the skill or capability in writing and model in learning process.
