Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tentang pengaruh struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel 48 perusahaan manufaktur dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap strutur modal. Sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan variabel struktur aktiva, profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Hasil pengujian dari koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 18,1%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Struktur Aktiva, Profitabilitas, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Kata Kunci : Struktur Aktiva, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Struktur Modal This This study aims to examine the effect of asset structure, profitability, and sales growth on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using secondary data with a sample of 48 manufacturing companies using simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that partially the asset structure variable has a significant positive effect on the capital structure. Profitability variable has a significant negative effect on capital structure. While the sales growth variable has no significant effect on the capital structure. Simultaneously the variables of asset structure, profitability and sales growth have an influence on the capital structure. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 18.1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study isthat there is an influence between Asset Structure, Profitability, and Sales Growth on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.
