Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Belajar dan Keterampilan Mengajar Terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Pada Peserta Kursus Renang Kolam Renang Tirta Kirana Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara .Sampel penelitian adalah 133 Peserta Kursus Renang Kolam Renang Tirta Kirana Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif multivariat, dengan metode survei dan teknik non tes dengan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) pada taraf signifikansi senilai 0,05. Secara umum, hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis jalur terhadap setiap hipotesis didapat P-value < taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang berarti bahwa setiap hipotesis penelitian (H1) diterima. Yang artinya simpulan dari setiap temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara setiap variabel bebas {Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas Belajar (X2), dan Keterampilan Mengajar (X3)}, (2) dan terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dari setiap variabel bebas {Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas Belajar (X2), dan Keterampilan Mengajar (X3) memberikan pengaruh langsung positif terhadap Kepuasan Belajar (Y)}. Dengan demikian Kepuasan Belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Belajar dan Keterampilan Mengajar.*************The research purpose is to know to determine the effect of Service Quality, Learning Facilities and Teaching Skills on Learning Satisfaction at Tirta Kirana Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Swimming Pool swimming course participants, North Jakarta. The research sample is 133 swimming course participants of Tirta Kirana Al-Azhar Swimming Pool Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. The research is uses multivariate associative approach, with survey methods and non-test techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses a path analysis approach at a significance level of 0.05. In general, the results of research based on the results of path analysis testing for each hypothesis obtained P-value <0.05 significance level, it means that each research hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The conclusion is from each research finding shows (1) there is a direct influence between each independent variable { Service Quality (X1), Learning Facilities (X2), and Teaching Skills (X3)}, (2) and there is a positive direct effect of each independent variables { Service Quality (X1), Learning Facilities (X2), and Teaching Skills (X3) have a positive direct effect on Learning Satisfaction (Y)}. Thus Learning Satisfaction can be increased through increasing Service Quality, Learning Facilities and Teaching Skills.
