Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kebersyukuran terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Responden penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 158 karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah selama pandemi COVID-19 dan berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring, yang terdiri dari skala The Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) dan The Gratitude Questionnaire – Six Item Form (GQ-6). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value (sig 0,031) < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung (4,757) > F tabel (3,90), sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan kebersyukuran terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan yang bekerja dari rumah selama pandemi COVID-19. Nilai R square sebesar 0,030 menunjukkan bahwa kebersyukuran berkontribusi sebesar 3,0 % terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,616 menggambarkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja yang dimilikinya. This research was conducted with the purpose of determining the influence of gratitude towards teleworking employees work motivation during COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. Research respondents were obtained using purposive sampling technique which involved 158 employees who worked from their home in the Greater Jakarta area during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research data was collected using an online questionnaire form, consisting of The Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) and The Gratitude Questionnaire – Six Item Form (GQ-6. The result shows that p-value (sig 0,031) < 0,05 and calculated F-value (4,757) > F-table (3,90) which means there is an influence of gratitude towards teleworking employees work motivation during COVID-19 pandemic. R-value of 0.030 indicates that gratitude contribution on work motivation has the impact percentage of 3,0%. The regression coefficient value of 0.616 illustrates that the higher the gratitude, the higher work motivation.
