Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keberfungsian keluarga dan perilaku pengambilan risiko pada remaja akhir. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 422 responden yang merupakan remaja akhir berusia 18-22 tahun. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu General Functioning Scale (GF12) dan Adolescent Risk-taking Questionnaire (ARQ). Uji analisis korelasi yang digunakan adalah Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Hasil uji korelasi antara keberfungsian keluarga dan persepsi risiko menunjukkan p-value (0.008) dan nilai koefisien r = 0.129, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan yang positif antara keberfungsian keluarga dan persepsi risiko. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin berfungsi sebuah keluarga maka semakin tinggi persepsi risiko yang dimiliki remaja akhir. Adapun hasil uji korelasi antara keberfungsian keluarga dan perilaku berisiko menunjukkan p-value (0.017) dan nilai koefisien r = -0.116, artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan yang negatif antara keberfungsian keluarga dan perilaku berisiko. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin berfungsi sebuah keluarga maka semakin rendah frekuensi perilaku berisiko yang dilakukan remaja akhir. This study aims to determine the relationship between family functioning and risk-taking behavior in late adolescent. The research sample amounted to 422 respondents who were late adolescent aged 18-22 years. This type of research is quantitative research with sampling technique using Convenience Sampling. This study uses two measuring instruments, namely the General Functioning Scale (GF12) and the Adolescent Risk-taking Questionnaire (ARQ). The correlation analysis test used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the correlation test between family functioning and risk perception showed a p-value (0.008) and a coefficient value of r = 0.129, meaning that there was a positive significant relationship between family functioning and risk perception. This shows that the more functioning a family is, the higher the perception of risk that the late adolescent have. The results of the correlation test between family functioning and risk behavior show a p-value (0.017) and a coefficient value of r = -0.116, meaning that there is a significant negative relationship between family functioning and risk behavior. This shows that the more functioning a family is, the lower the frequency of risk behavior by late adolescent.
