Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cybervictimization terhadap harga diri pada mahasiswa korban cyberbullying. Penelitian ini termasuk survei menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu, purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam mengukur harga diri menggunakan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) dan pengukuran cybervictimization menggunakan Cyber-victimization Scale (CYBVICS). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 mahasiswa korban Cyberbullying. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara cybervictimization terhadap harga diri pada mahasiswa korban cyberbullying. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa individu yang mengalami cybervictimization akan mempengaruhi harga dirinya sebesar 5,5% dan perlu mendapatkan intervensi bagi korban cyberbullying. This study aims to determine the effect of cybervictimization on self-esteem in students who are victims of cyberbullying. This research includes a survey using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used in measuring self-esteem uses the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and the cybervictimization measurement using the Cyber-victimization Scale (CYBVICS). The participants in this study were 59 students who were victims of cyberbullying. The research data was processed using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between cybervictimization on self-esteem in students who are victims of cyberbullying. The implication of this study is that individuals who experience cybervictimization will affect their self-esteem by 5.5% and need to get intervention for victims of cyberbullying.
