Abstract

(ENG) This study focuses on students’ perception on critical thinking whether it is integrated in Literary Classes. An online survey was held in order to achieve the result needed. The survey consists of two sections: close-ended section and open-ended section. While the open-ended section consists of questions relating to what critical thinking to them and how much has it been applied in Literary Classes, the close-ended section consists of indicators that are taken from ATC21S (2010)’s Ways of Thinking – critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making – which consists of knowledge, skills, and attitude. The results acquired from the online survey are that participants have all agree that critical thinking is an important skill that can assist them while learning literature. Participants also agree that critical thinking has been applied in all Literary Classes that they have enrolled in and/or currently enrolling in. ********* (INA) Penelitian ini beerfokus pada perspektif mahasiswa terhadap berpikir kritis di Kelas Kesastraan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diperlukan, penulis mengadakan survei daring. Survey tersebut terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu: close-ended dan open-ended. Bagian pertama dari survei tersebut berisi indicator-indicator yang terbagi menjadi tiga bagian yakni pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap – berdasarkan Ways of Thinking yang disusun oleh ATC21S (2010). Sedangkan bagian kedua dari survei berisi pertanyaan mengenai pandangan mahasiswa terhadap berpikir kritis dan apakah berpikir kritis sudah diterapkan di Kelas-Kelas Kesastraan. Hasil yang kemudian didapatkan dari survei tersebut menyatakan bahwa semua partisipan setuju bahwa pengaplikasian berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Kesastraan itu penting. Selain itu, partisipan juga menyatakan bahwa berpikir kritis telah diaplikasikan di Kelas-Kelas Kesastraan.
