Abstract

PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN PROFESI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI SE-WILAYAH II JAKARTA UTARA RIANI ALFIANITA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan profesi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri wilayah II Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan Teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrument. Terdapat 211 sampel sebagai unit analisis yang diambil dari 958 populasi. Sampel digunakan dengan Teknik sampel dengan memperhatikan suatu tingkatan pada elemen populasi (propotional random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Pendidikan Profesi terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,63 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,924. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Pendidikan Profesi Guru SD Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Utara akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Kinerja Gurunya. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,912 dan nilai t- hitung sebesar 3,614. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Motivasi Kerja SD Negeri Wilayah II Jakarta Utara akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Kinerja Gurunya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Pendidikan Profesi terhadap Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,24 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,442. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Pendidikan Profesi SD Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Utara akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Motivasi Kerja. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Profesi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru THE EFFECT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN REGION II NORTH JAKARTA RIANI ALFIANITA ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of professional education and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Region II North Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis is carried out using path analysis techniques. The process of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire as an instrument. There are 211 samples as the unit of analysis taken from 958 populations. The sample is used with a sampling technique by paying attention to a level in the population element ( propotional random sampling). The results showed: first, there was a direct positive effect between professional education on teacher performance with a path coefficient value of 0.63 and a t-count value of 2.924. This means that an increase in the Professional Education of State Elementary School Teachers in Region II North Jakarta will be followed by an increase in Teacher Performance. Second, there is a direct positive effect between work motivation on teacher performance with a path coefficient value of 0.912 and a t-count value of 3.614. This means that an increase in Work Motivation in Public Elementary Schools in Region II North Jakarta will be followed by an increase in Teacher Performance. Third, there is a direct positive effect between professional education on work motivation with a path coefficient value of 0.24 and a t-count value of 3.442. This means that an increase in Professional Education in Public Elementary Schools in Region II North Jakarta will be followed by an increase in Work Motivation.
