Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komite sekolah dalam membangun partisipasi orang tua pada pelaksanaan pendidikan di SD Islam Terpadu IQRO. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penentuan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi dalam membangun partisipasi orang tua siswa dilakukan melalui: (1) Sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara langsung melalui kegiatan rapat kerja dan rapat koordinasi maupun secara tidak langsung melalui broadcast whatsapp dengan perantara koordinator kelas. (2) Pelibatan orang tua dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan melalui program komite sekolah mulai dari perencanaan program komite sekolah hingga evaluasi program komite sekolah. (3) Keberhasilan membangun partisipasi orang tua dapat ditentukan melalui tercapai nya indikator keberhasilan dimana indikator tersebut menitikberatkan kepada partisipasi orang tua dalam program komite sekolah. Masalah yang dihadapi komite sekolah membangun partisipasi orang tua dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan yaitu kurangnya komunikasi antara komite sekolah dengan sekolah dan orang tua. This study aims to determine the strategy of the school committee in building parental participation in the implementation of education at the IQRO Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The study used a qualitative approach wi th descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Determination of the subject of this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the strategy in building parental participation is carried out through: (1) Socialization which is carried out directly through work meetings and coordination meetings or indirectly through WhatsApp broadcasts with the intermediary of the class coordinator. (2) Involvement of parents in the implementation of education through the school committee program starting from planning the school committee program to evaluating the school committee program. (3) The success of building parental participation can be determined through the achievement of indicators of success in which these indicators focus on parental participation in the school committee program. The problem faced by the school committee in building parental participation in the implementation of education is the lack of communication between the school committee and the school and parents.
