Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran konflik peran ganda pada mahasiswi yang sudah menikah selama masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah dua mahasiswi berstatus aktif yang sudah menikah berinisial MD dan JK. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jenis komponen dan bentuk konflik peran ganda yang terjadi pada subjek serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konflik tersebut. Temuan lain pada penelitian ini yaitu faktor ketidakmampuan subjek dalam memulai komunikasi khususnya pada pihak yang baru dikenal serta sikap individualistis yang memengaruhi terjadinya konflik peran ganda Kata kunci: mahasiswi, pernikahan, konflik peran ganda, covid-19. This study aims to provide an overview of roles conflict in married female students during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The subjects in this study were two married female students with the initials MD and JK. Research data were taken using semi-structured interviews. The results of this study indicate the types of components and forms of the roles that occur in the subjects and the factors that influence the conflict. Another finding in this study is the inability to initiate communication, especially for those who are newly known and individualistic attitudes that affect the occurrence of the roles conflicts Keyword: student, marriage, roles conflict, covid-19.
