Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ibu dengan kesepian pada remaja di Jakarta selama masa pandemik Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik incidental sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online dan mendapatkan 489 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Nurturant Mothering Scale dan Mother Involvement dikembangkan oleh Finley (2008), serta 6-item De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale yang dikembangkan oleh De Jong Gierveld dan Van Tilburg (2006). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji korelasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bersifat negatif antara kesepian dengan keterlibatan ibu afektif dengan nilai r -0,291 > r tabel 0,088 dan terdapat hubungan yang bersifat negatif antara kesepian dengan keterlibatan ibu yang dilaporkan dengan nilai r -0,267 > r tabel 0,088, serta tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesepian dengan keterlibatan ibu yang diinginkan dengan nilai r 0,026 < r tabel 0,088. The study aims to find out the relationships between maternal involvement with loneliness on adolescents in Jakarta during pandemic Covid-19. The study used quantitative methods with incidental sampling techniques. The data retrieval was conducted using an online questionnaire and gained 489 respondents. The measuring instruments used on this study were the Nurturant Mothering Scale and Mother Involvement developed by Finley (2008), and the 6-item De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale developed by De Jong Gierveld and Van Tilburg (2006). Data processing with correlation tests. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between loneliness and affect mother involvement with a value of r -0,291>r table 0,088 and there was a negative relationship between loneliness and reported mother involvement with a value of r -0,267>r table 0,088. Last, there is no significant relationship between loneliness and the desired mother involvement with the value r 0,026< r table 0,088.
