Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BCA Learning Institute PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi pelatihan Management Development Program (MDP). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga Juli 2021 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 9 (sembilan) orang yaitu penanggung jawab management development program, anggota tim MDP, staf rekrutmen, talent development and leadership academy, staf trainer management, instruktur pelatihan, dan 3 (tiga) peserta pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelatihan di BCA Learning Institute meliputi: 1) Perencanaan pelatihan diantaranya mengatur kebijakan-kebijakan strategis pelatihan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan materi pelatihan, memperbarui materi dan modul pelatihan, mengembangkan kurikulum pelatihan, penyusunan jadwal kegiatan dan menetapkan instruktur pelatihan, 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan melalui beberapa fase diantaranya, fase operasional, fase marketing, fase kredit, On The Job Training (OJT), dan evaluasi lapangan, dan 3) Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara menilai penyelenggara, program pelatihan, instruktur, materi, sarana dan prasarana, dan peserta pelatihan melalui empat tahap pengukuran yaitu reaction, learning, behavior dan result. This research was conducted at BCA Learning Institute PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, which aims to determine planning of training, implementation of training, and evaluation of Management Development Program (MDP) training. This research was conducted from December 2020 to July 2021 and used a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subject was determined with purposive sampling technique. The total of research subject are 9 (nine) persons including person in charge management development program, member of MDP team, recruitment staff, talent development and leadership academy, trainer management staff, training instructors, and 3 (three) trainees. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by desciptive qualitative approach. The result showed that the training management in BCA Learning Institute includes: 1) Planning of training including training strategy policies, identifying training material needs, curriculum materials and modules, developing training, arranging time schedule and assign training instructors, 2) Implementation of training was carried out through several phases, including the operational phase, marketing phase, credit phase, On The Job Training (OJT), and field evaluation, and 3) Training evaluation is carried out by assessing the organizers, training programs, instructors, materials, facilities and infrastructure, and training participants through four stages of measurement that consist of reaction, learning, behavior, and result.
