Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesiapan guru Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran online yang diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian Teacher Readiness for Online Learning (TROL) yang dikembangkan oleh Min Ling Hung (2015). Ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif deskriptif dengan sumber data merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden yaitu Guru-Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Pidie, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 322 dari total populasi 2.320 atau sekitar 13,88%. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat dimensi dan 18 butir pertanyaan untuk menggambarkan TROL yaitu Communication Self-Efficacy (CSE), Institutional Support (IS), Self-Directed (SDL) dan Learning Transfer Self-Efficacy (LTSE). Selanjutnya dari keempat dimensi tersebut dianalisis hasilnya berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru laki-laki secara statistik menunjukkan kesiapan yang lebih besar secara signifikan dalam dimensi efikasi diri belajar mandir transfer belajar dari pada guru perempuan. Analisis item menunjukkan bahwa guru laki-laki lebih baik dari pada guru perempuan, jika dilihat dari perbedaan tingkat pendidikan bahwa guru dengan gelar master memberikan bobot yang lebih besar pada dimensi efikasi diri komunikasi dan efikasi diri transfer pembelajaran dari pada guru dengan gelar sarjana. Kata kunci: Kesiapan Guru, Pembelajaran Online Abstract This study discusses the readiness of elementary school teachers in online learning as measured using the Teacher Readiness for Online Learning (TROL) research instrument developed by Min Ling Hung (2015). This is a descriptive quantitative study with primary data sources obtained directly from respondents, namely Elementary School Teachers in Pidie District, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). The sampling technique used is snowball sampling with a total of 322 respondents from a total population of 2,320 or about 13.88%. In this study, there are four dimensions and 18 questions to describe TROL, namely Communication Self-Efficacy (CSE), Institutional Support (IS), Self-Directed (SDL) and Learning Transfer Self-Efficacy (LTSE). Furthermore, the results of the four dimensions were analyzed based on gender and education level. The conclusion of this study shows that statistically male teachers show significantly greater readiness in the self-efficacy dimension of self-learning transfer learning than female teachers. Item analysis shows that male teachers are better than female teachers, when viewed from the difference in education level that teachers with master's degrees give greater weight to the dimensions of communication self-efficacy and learning transfer self-efficacy than teachers with bachelor degrees.
