Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ability to pay dan willingness to pay terhadap jumlah iuran BPJS Kesehatan melalui willingness to pay berdasarkan data yang valid. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 315 peserta mandiri BPJS Kesehatan tahun 2021. Data variabel penelitian berbentuk data primer yang terdiri atas variabel jumlah iuran BPJS Kesehatan (Y), ability to pay (X1) dan willingness to pay (X2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ability to pay berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah iuran; willingness to pay berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah iuran; ability to pay berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap jumlah iuran melalui willingness to pay. Kata Kunci : Ability To Pay, Willingness To Pay, Jumlah Iuran BPJS Kesehatan This study aims to determine the effect of the ability to pay and willingness to pay on the amount of BPJS Health contributions through a willingness to pay based on valid data. Data collection was carried out in this study using quantitative techniques through questionnaires. The number of samples obtained was 315 independent BPJS Health participants in 2021. Variable data in the form of primary data research consisting of BPJS Health contributions (Y), ability to pay (X1) and willingness to pay (X2). The results showed that the ability to pay had a positive effect on the number of contributions; willingness to pay has a positive effect on the number of contributions; The ability to pay has an indirect effect on the number of contributions through the willingness to pay.
