Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada 2 Bengkel Las yang ada di Pulojahe , Jakarta Timur . Penilaian keseluruhan ini yang dilakukan dengan mengamati sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja las pada Bengkel Las dengan lembar observasi ,wawancara dan instrumen penilaian yang mengacu pada : SNI, Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi, dan Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard untuk menilai sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja las . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja las di 2 bengkel las yang ada di Pulojahe , Jakarta Timur masih belum paham mengenai Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja las , tidak ada pembinaan dari pemerintah tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja las serta terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai.. Beberapa penemuan ini harus segera diperbaiki dan dilengkapi .Namun ada pula beberapa hal yang sudah baik dan sesuai standar. Pada kedua bengkel las harus adanya pembinaan dari pemerintah tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) . Pembinaan tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) salah satunya adalah pelatihan tentang K3 , sangat penting buat pemilik bengkel las tersebut maupun pekerja karena untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta kebakaran. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to discuss occupational safety and health at 2 Welding Workshops in Pulojahe, East Jakarta. This overall assessment is carried out by observing the welding safety and health system at the Welding Workshop with observation sheets, interviews, and assessment instruments that refer to SNI, Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards to assess the safety and health system for welding work. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the safety and health of welding work in 2 welding workshops in Pulojahe, East Jakarta still do not understand the Occupational Safety and Health of welding, there is no guidance from the government regarding the Occupational Safety and Health of welding and there are several aspects that have not appropriate. Some of these inventions should be repaired and completed. But some things are already good and up to standard. In both welding workshops, there must be guidance from the government on Occupational Safety and Health (K3). One of the coachings on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is training on K3, which is very important for the welding workshop owner and workers because it is to minimize workplace accidents and fires.
