Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang kinerja lulusan pelatihan tata graha Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) Jakarta Timur di The Kuningan Suites Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ex Post Facto dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi dan penyebaran instrumen. Instrumen yang digunakan telah di validasi oleh pelatih tata graha PPKD Jakarta Timur dan HRD The Kuningan Suites Hotel. Populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 18 orang, menempati posisi sebagai front office dan housekeeping pada The Kuningan Suites Hotel. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pelatihan tata graha pusat pelatihan kerja daerah efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja lulusan This study aims to obtain data about the performance of graduates of the East Jakarta Regional Job Training Center (PPKD) housekeeping training at The Kuningan Suites Hotel. This research used the Ex Post facto method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are documentation and instrument distribution. The instrument was suitable for the user validating by the East Jakarta PPKD housekeeping trainers and HRD The Kuningan Suites Hotel. The population and sample of the study were 18 people who worked in the front office and housekeeping positions at The Kuningan Suites Hotel. The results showed the housekeeping training of regional job training center was effective in improving the performance of graduates.
