Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang tahapan implementasi dan faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program rumah hidroponik yang dilaksanakan di PKBM Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek program rumah hidroponik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kriteria uji kredibilitas digunakan untuk mengecek keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan implementasi program rumah hidroponik terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, dan pendayaan. Faktor pendukung program rumah hidroponik yaitu adanya TBM, pemanfaatan media sosial, relasi, lokasi yang memadai, adanya inisiatif dari peserta didik di PKBM membantu kegiatan pemasaran, dan adanya dukungan penuh dari seluruh elemen di PKBM. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya lahan minim, sarana dan prasarana terbatas dan peserta didik ingin merasakan manfaat secara instan. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat ********** ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of implementation and the supporting and inhibiting factors of community empowerment activities carried out at PKBM Al-Hidayah, Tasikmalaya Regency, using the hydroponic house program. This study uses a qualitative approach with the subject of the hydroponic home program. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation which were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Credibility test criteria are used to check the validity of the data. The results of the research showed that the stages of implementing the hydroponic home program consisted of three stages, namely awareness, capacity, and empowerment. The supporting factors for the hydroponic home program are the existence of a community reading garden, the use of social media, relationships, adequate locations, the initiative from students in PKBM to help with marketing activities, and the full support of all elements in PKBM. While the inhibiting factors are limited land, facilities, infrastructure, and students' desire to feel the benefits instantly.
