Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian tugas perkembangan pada siswa SMK Yasalam El Ummah Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang bersifat deskriptif. Sampel dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Yasalam El Ummah Bogor. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik perhitungan sampel menurut Krejcie dan Morgan dengan sampel sebanyak 103 responden. Data Penelitian diperoleh menggunakan adalah Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) tingkat SMA yang dikembangkan oleh Kartadinata, dkk. Data penelitian dikategorikan sebagai tingkatan perkembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Loevinger. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan program aplikasi khusus ATP (Analisa Tugas Perkembangan) versi 3,5. Secara keseluruhan siswa memiliki skor rata- rata profil tugas perkembangan sebesar 5,81 yang berarti mencapai tingkat Individualitas. ****** This study aims to determine the achievement of developmental tasks in students of SMK Yasalam El Ummah Bogor. This study uses a descriptive survey method. The sample and population in this study were students of SMK Yasalam El Ummah Bogor. The sample technique used is the sample calculation technique according to Krejcie and Morgan with a sample of 103 respondents. The research data was using the Development Task Inventory (ITP) for high school level developed by Kartadinata, et al. The research data is categorized as the level of development proposed by Loevinger. The results obtained were analyzed using a special application program ATP (Developmental Task Analysis) version 3.5. overall, students have an average developmental task profile score of 5,81, which means that they reach the individuality level.
