Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat pada kegiatan pemberdayaan yang ada, serta mengetahui gambaran secara umum mengenai partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan di Kampung Airport. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu fasilitator sebagai informan kunci dan masyarakat sebagai informan pendukung. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian fenomenologi dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitator dalam indikator strategi penyadaran menggunakan tahapan sosialisasi dan perubahan perilaku, dalam indikator strategi mentransformasikan kemampuan masyarakat yaitu dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat untuk belajar dan menginformasikan dampak baik, dan dalam indikator meningkatkan kemampuan intelektual yaitu dengan mengaitkan kepada nilai-nilai keagamaan, selain itu partisipasi masyarakat Kampung Airport masih belum optimal sepenuhnya karena terdapat ketidakmampuan waktu. Kata kunci : strategi fasilitator, partisipasi masyarakat, kegiatan pemberdayaan ********* ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the strategies used by the facilitators in moving the participation of the community in existing empowerment activities, as well as knowing the general picture of community participation in empowerment activities at Kampung Airport. Informants from this research are facilitators as main informants and people from the community as second informants. This type of research is a phenomenological research using a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis and using observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by use the data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study show that the facilitator in the indicator of awareness strategy uses the stages of socialization and behavior change, in the indicator of transforms the community's ability strategy by involving community leaders to learn and informing the good impact, and in the indicator of increasing intellectual ability strategy is with connecting to the religious values, other than that, the participation of the community is still not optimal because there is a lack of time.
