Abstract

Religiositas dalam novel Bumi Cinta ditinjau dari struktur intrinsik novel berupa tema, alur, penokohan, dan latar serta struktur sosial dan pandangan dunia pengarang yang meliputi kelima aspek religiositas, yaitu kepercayaan, peribadatan, penghayatan, pengetahuan, dan pengamalan menurut sudut pandang agama Islam dan Yahudi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dalam kajian strukturalisme genetik melalui pendekatan kualitatif beserta tinjauan tentang komunisme di Rusia, paham ateis, dan agama Yahudi dengan kitab suci sebagai hipogramnya. Hasilnya adalah pemertahanan keimanan, berpegang teguh pada ajaran agama, berdakwah dengan penuh hikmah, menolong tanpa pamrih, tidak meminta upah dalam mengajarkan agama. Umat Israel-Yahudi bertekad merealisasikan negeri yang dijanjikan, ateisme mulai merambah di berbagai kehidupan, Tuhan memberikan petunjuk kepada siapa pun yang dikehendaki-Nya, semua yang ada di alam semesta ini memuja dan memuji Tuhan, rahmat Tuhan adalah cinta tertinggi, yaitu surga yang dijanjikan. Simpulannya adalah aspek pengetahuan dan aspek keimanan adalah hal yang utama dalam membentuk seseorang berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan ajaran agama karena kedua aspek tersebut membuat pemeluk agama dapat menghayati ajaran agamanya. Komunisme dengan paham ateismenya tidak mampu meruntuhkan agama. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keimanan serta aspek pengetahuan adalah hal yang mendasar untuk manusia mempertahankan agamanya. Terdapat perbedaan pandangan perseteruan yang terjadi antara Islam dan Yahudi. Bagi Islam, Palestina wilayah bersama, sedangkan bagi Yahudi adalah tanah yang dijanjikan. Menurut pandangan Yahudi, berdasarkan Alkitab, apa pun yang Tuhan sudah janjikan tidak dapat dibatalkan oleh manusia. Zionisme serta slogan antisemit yang menimbulkan pro dan kontra di kalangan masyarakat dunia bahkan di kalangan umat Yahudi sendiri adalah cara Tuhan untuk mengukuhkan keberadaan mereka sebagai umat pilihan Tuhan. Aspek pengetahuan serta keilmuan baik ilmiah, umum, dan agama adalah hal yang fundamental bagi keimanan seseorang. Pengetahuan dan keimanan termaktub di dalam Alquran dan dijadikan sebagai landasan pokok dalam merealisasikan ajaran agama Islam. Religiosity in the novel Bumi Cinta is viewed from the intrinsic structure of the novel in the form of themes, plots, characterizations, and settings as well as the social structure and worldview of the author which includes the five aspects of religiosity, namely belief, worship, appreciation, knowledge, and practice according to the Islamic and Jewish perspectives. The method used is content analysis in the study of genetic structuralism through a qualitative approach along with an overview of communism in Russia, atheism, and Judaism with the holy book as the hypogram. The result is maintaining faith, sticking to religious teachings, preaching with wisdom, helping selflessly, not asking for wages in teaching religion. The Israelites-Jews are determined to realize the promised land, atheism begins to spread in various lives, God gives instructions to whoever he wants, everything in this universe worships and praise God, God’s grace is the highest love, namely the promised heaven. The conclusion is that the knowledge aspect and faith aspect are the main things in forming a person to commit to carrying out religious teachings because these two aspect make religious adherents able to live their religious teachings. Communism with its atheism cannot destroy religion. This shows that aspects of faith and aspects of knowledge are fundamental for humans to maintain their religion. There are different views of the feud that occurs between Islam and Judaism. For Islam, Palestine is a common territory, while for Jews it is the promised land. According to the Jewish view, according to the Bible, whatever God has promised cannot be undone by man. Zionism and anti-Semitic slogans that raise pros and cons among the world community and even among the Jews themselves are God’s way of confirming their existence as God’s chosen people. Aspects of knowledge and science both scientific, general, and religious are fundamental to one’s faith. Knowledge and faith are contained in the Qur’an and serve as the main basis in realizing the teachings of Islam
