Abstract

Penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki tujuan yaitu: Pertama, mengetahui implementasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam kesehatan keluarga dan lingkungan di RPTRA Cibesut. Kedua, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam kesehatan keluarga dan lingkungan di RPTRA Cibesut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Sekretaris Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara, Pengelola RPTRA Cibesut, dan masyarakat yang merasakan dampaknya. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di RPTRA Cibesut yang beralamat di Jl. Swadaya II RT 006/014, Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta, 13410. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Kesehatan Keluarga dan Lingkungan di RPTRA Cibesut khususnya dalam kegiatan PATBM dan Giat Bersih Lingkungan Masyarakat berkaitan dengan bidang keilmuan pendidikan nonformal dan sesuai dengan konsep Tujuan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Sasaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Tahapan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat serta terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini. Selain itu, pemberdayaan masyarakat tersebut menghasilkan sebuah keberhasilan yang menjadikan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) nya memiliki wawasan pengetahuan yang luas dan keterampilan atau keahlian dalam melesetarikan lingkungan tempat beraktivitas mereka agar tetap sehat untuk diri sendiri, keluarga, dan masyarakat. In general, this research has the following objectives: First, to determine the implementation of community empowerment programs in family and environmental health at RPTRA Cibesut. Second, knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of community empowerment programs in family and environmental health at RPTRA Cibesut. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the Secretary of the North Cipinang Besar Village, the Manager of the Cibesut RPTRA, and the people who felt the impact. The research location was conducted at RPTRA Cibesut which is located at Jl. Swadaya II RT 006/014, Cipinang Besar Utara Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, 13410. The results of the study explain that the implementation of the Community Empowerment Program in Family and Environmental Health at RPTRA Cibesut, especially in PATBM activities and Community Environmental Cleanliness activities related to the field of non-formal education and in accordance with the concept of Community Empowerment Goals, Community Empowerment Targets, Community Empowerment Stages and there are several factors supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of this community empowerment program. In addition, community empowerment has resulted in a success that makes its Human Resources (HR) have broad knowledge and skills or expertise in preserving the environment in which they are active so that they remain healthy for themselves, their families, and the community.
