Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres akademik terhadap psychological well-being. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan skala psikologi. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen yang diadaptasi, yaitu Student-Life Stress Inventory Scale dan Ryff’s Scale. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 105 responden yaitu mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang kuliah sambil bekerja dengan teknik pengambilan sampel insidental. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis regresi. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan bersifat negatif, artinya semakin tinggi stres akademik mahasiswa semakin rendah pula psychological well-being. Besar pengaruh yang dihasilkan kecerdasan emosi terhadap penerimaan diri adalah 0,130 (13,0%) dan sisanya 87,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. The study is done to know the influence of academic stress of psychological well-being. Researcher used scale quantitative methods psychology. Researcher used adapted instrument, namely Student-Life Stress Inventory Scale and Ryff’s Scale. There are 105 samples of respondent which is the resident who is working student state of university to technique the sample incidental. The data processing used in the testing of hypotheses analytics regression. The result of the influence is negative, this means that the higher academic stress students the lower the psychological well-being students. The big influence of produced academic stress of psychological well-being is 0,130 ( 13,0 % ) and the rest 87,0% influenced by other factors.
