Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh langsung lingkungan sekolah dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB guru SLB di DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisisi terkait pemahaman tentang lingkungan sekolah dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Secara rinci, tujuan yang dimaksud adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap OCB guru SLB di Jakarta Timur; 2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap OCB guru SLB di Jakarta Timur; dan 3) lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SLB di Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian adalah: penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei yang dimaksud besifat untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebu dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Responden adalah guru-guru SLB, di Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 85 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB), dan 3) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. *********** The problem in this study is the direct influence of the school environment and job satisfaction on OCB SLB teachers in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the related understanding of the school environment and job satisfaction with OCB. In detail, the intended purpose is to find out and test the following: 1) the school environment has a direct effect on SLB OCB teachers in East Jakarta; 2) job satisfaction directly influences the OCB of SLB teachers in East Jakarta; and 3) the school environment has a direct effect on SLB teacher job satisfaction in East Jakarta. The research method is: quantitative research that uses the survey method referred to is to explain the causal relationship or the usual correlation with path analysis. Respondents were SLB teachers, in East Jakarta which numbered 85 people. The results of the study are: 1) The school environment has a positive direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) Job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB), and 3) The school environment has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction.
