Abstract

Objectives to be achieved by increasing the role of teachers in schools, the better. In practice, a commitment of the teaching organizational is influenced training, pedagogical, self determination. Issues to be addressed in this study is the effect of training, pedagogical, self-determination to the commitment of the profession in the country specialized secondary school teacher provincial management business group specialized area of the capital Jakarta. The methodology used is survey with path analysis. The sample used 109 people. Conclusion of the research: (1) there is a positive direct effect of training on organizational commitment of teachers of office administration. (2) there is a positive direct influence of pedagogic competence on organizational commitment of administrative office teachers, (3) there is a direct positive influence of self determination on organizational commitment of teachers of office administration, (4). There is a positive direct effect of training on pedagogic competence of administrative office teachers. (5) There is a positive direct influence of training on self-determination of administrative office teachers. (6). There is a direct positive influence of self-determination on pedagogic competence of administrative office teachers. The goal to be achieved by the school is to increase the role of the teacher to be better in the implementation of tasks in his profession. The problems that will be discussed in this study are training, pedagogical competence and self-determination of the commitment of the organization of the office administration teacher profession of the Jakarta Management Business Vocational High School. The methodology used is a survey using path analysis. Samples used 109. Conclusion of the study: (1) There is a positive direct effect of training on the organizational commitment of office administration teachers. (2) There is a positive direct effect of pedagogic competence on the organizational commitment of office administration teachers, (3) There is a positive direct effect of self-determination on the organizational commitment of office administration teachers, (4) There is a positive direct effect of training on office administration teachers' pedagogical competencies. (5) There is a positive direct effect of training on the determination of office administration teachers. (6) There is a positive direct effect of pedagogic competence on the determination of office administration teachers. ************ Tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh sekolah yaitu meningkatkan peran guru menjadi lebih baik. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dalam profesinya, komitmen organisasional pada profesi guru administrasi perkantoran dipengaruhi pelatihan, kompetensi pedagogic dan determinasi diri. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi pedagogik, determinasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasional profesi guru administrasi perkantoran sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri bisnis manajemen DKI Jakarta. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Sampel yang digunakan 109. Kesimpulan penelitian:(1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pelatihan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP). (2)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kompetensi pedagogik terhadap komitmen organisasional guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP), (3)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif determinasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasional guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP), (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pelatihan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP). (5)Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pelatihan terhadap determinasi diri guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP). (6) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif determinasi diri terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru administrasi perkantoran (OTKP).
