Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru-guru di sekolah dasar. Menekankan bahwa kinerja guru yang sangat baik dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru-guru di kecamatan Bogor Timur yang berjumlah 287 orang, sampel di ambil sebanyak 74 orang secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket mengenai sikap kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja guru. Data yang diperoleh dari tes awal dan akhir kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Serie 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Pertama, kepemimpinan transformasional pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Kedua, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh langung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, Ketiga, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi. ******** This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership and the influence of teacher motivation on the performance of teachers in primary schools. Stress that excellent teacher performance and responsibility for their work can improve the quality of schools. The method used is descriptive research, quantitative approach. The population that was the object of this study were all teachers in the district of East Bogor, amounting to 287 people, the sample was taken as many as 74 people randomly. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire about the principals' transformational leadership attitudes, achievement motivation and teacher performance. Data obtained from initial and final tests are then processed and analyzed using SPSS Serie 25. First, the transformational leadership has a direct and significant influence on teacher's teaching performance. Second, achievement motivation has a direct, and significant effect on teacher teaching performance. Third, transformational leadership has a direct and significant effect on achievement motivation.
