Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh metode latihan dan motivasi terhadap hasil keterampilan dribbling sepakbola di SMK Negeri 1 Jatisari Kabupaten Karawang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA) dua jalur, dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 Diperoleh : (1) Secara keseluruhan hasil dribbling sepakbola kelompok siswa yang diberi latihan dengan metode latihan bermain lebih baik dari pada kelompok yang diberikan latihan dengan metode latihan dribbling sepakbola berpasangan (Fhitung = 6,0 > Ftabel = 4,2); (2) tehadap interaksi antara metode latihan dan motivasi latihan yang dimiliki siswa terhadap hasil dribbling sepakbola (Fhitung = 10,67 > Ftabel = 4,2); (3) kelompok yang diberi latihan dengan metode latihan dribbling sepakbola bermain memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada kelompok yang diberikan latihan dengan metode latihan dribbling sepakbola berpasangan terhadap hasil keterampilan dribbling sepakbola bagi siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi, batas uji tukey (W)= 0,78. (4) kelompok yang diberi latihan dengan metode latihan dribbling sepakbola berpasangan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada kelompok yang diberikan latihan dengan metode latihan dribbling sepakbola bermain terhadap hasil keterampilan dribbling sepakbola bagi siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah batas uji tukey (W)= 0,78. Diaharapkan kepada pelatih sepakbola untuk memilih dan menerapkan metode latihan yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat motivasi latihan siswa, metode latihan dribbling sepakbola bermain untuk dimasukkan dalam program latihan untuk meningkatkan hasil keterampilan dribbling sepakbola. Kata Kunci : Metode Latihan, Motivasi, Hasil Keterampilan Dribbling Sepakbola. The objective of this research was to go information about the influence of training methode and motivation towards extracuricular students’ football skill (dribblling) in studens extracurricular football at SMK Negeri 1 Jatisari Karawang. The analysis technique used the variance analysis (ANAVA) two lines, followed at the Tukey test at significance level α = 0,05. Obtained : (1) The overall results of football dribbling group of students who were given training by the training methods play better than the group given exercise with dribbling football training methods in pairs (Fcount = 6,0 > Ftable = 4,2); (2) There is an intruction between the methods of execise training and motivation of the students towards the results of the football skill dribbling (Fcount= 10,67 > Ftable = 4,2); (3) The group who given training methods of play football skill dribbling giving a batter influence than the group who given taining methods of football skill dribblig in pairs towards the result of football skill dribbling for student who have high inovation tukey test limits (W)= 0,78. (4) The group who given training methods of football skill dribbling pairs given a batter influence than the group who given training methods of play football skill dribbling towards the result of the football skill dribbling for students who have low motivation Tukey test limits(W)= 0,78. It is expected to football coach to choose and applied the training methods which suitable of level the students’ motivation. methods of exercise play football skill dribbling to be included in the taining program to improve the result of the football skill dribbling exercise.
