Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to produce a product that is a model practice attack based on media rattan at fencing martial arts. This research and development was conducted to obtain information in depth, to know the needs on the activities of the training and efeectiveness test of the model that has been developed.. Research and development of this research use the question form, questionnaire, instruments and intrument accuracy on target fencing which is used to collect quantitative and qualitative data. In this Research and development, researchers use 10 stages that is: (1) analysis of needs, (2) prototype products model, (3) developing the design of product and implementation stages, (4) testing experts, (5) revision, (6) field test more extensive, (7) product revisions, (8) expediency test, (9) final products, (10) spread widely. The efeectiveness test through the initial test scored at average was 12,35 final tests got score at average was 16,55 then conclusion that is the model practice lunge base on media rattan at fencing martial art effective in the sport of fencing martial arts to increase the accuracy of fencing targets. Based on the results obtained from the model effectiveness test, it can be concluded that the development of a exercise model based on media rattan in fencing martial arts that been applied has increases, it evidenced by initial tests and final tests, there are significant difference and stated vaiable for use in exercise activities at junior fencing athletes. ************ Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk yaitu model latihan menyerang berbasis media rotan pada olahraga beladiri anggar. Peneltian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam, mengetahui kebutuhan pada kegiatan latihan dan menguji keefektifitas model yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian dan pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrument angket, kuisioner, dan intrument tes ketepatan sasaran anggar yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti mempunyai tahapantahapan yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) model produk berupa prototipe, (3) mengembangkan desain produk dan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan, (4) uji pakar ahli, (5) revisi, (6) uji lapangan lebih luas (7) revisi produk, (8) uji kelayakan, (9) produk final, (10) penyebaran secara luas. Uji keefektifitas melalui tes awal memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 12,35 dan tes akhir memperoleh nilai rata-rata 16,55 maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model latihan menyerang berbasis media rotan pada olahraga beladiri anggar efektif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan pada sasaran anggar. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari uji efektifitas model maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model latihan menyerang berbasis media rotan pada olahraga beladiri anggar yang telah diterapkan mengalami peningkatan, dibuktikan dengan tes awal dan tes akhir, adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada kegiatan latihan atlet junior anggar.
