Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Sekretariatan Jenderal DPR- RI di Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengamatan terhadap Koperasi Pegawai Sekretariatan Jenderal DPR-RI di Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Pusat dilakukan melalui sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif pengetahuan perkoperasian terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan hasil thitung (8,533) > ttabel (1,661), terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan dengan partisipasi anggota dengan hasil thitung (7,280) > ttabel (1,661) dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dengan hasil Fhitung (14,677) > Ftabel (3,10). Variasi pengaruh dari kedua variabel bebas dapat diketahui berdasarkan nilai R2 sebesar 0,246. Sehingga 24,6% variasi pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Keeratan hubungan secara simultan antara variabel pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota adalah kuat sebesar 0,496. This study aims to determine the effect on cooperatives knowledge and quality of service to the participation of members on Employee Cooperative Sekretariatan General of the DPR-RI on road Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta. This study uses ex post facto with the correlational approach. Observations of Employees Cooperative Sekretariatan General of the DPR-RI on road Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta is done through the census. Collecting data using interview and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on analysis of the data shows there is positive knowledge of cooperatives on the participation of members of the results tcount (8.533)> t table (1.661), there is a positive influence on the quality of services with the participation of members with the results of tcount (7.280)> t table (1.661), and there are positive influence between the influence knowledge of cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members with the results of F (14.677)> F table (3.10). Variations influence of two independent variables can be determined based on the R2 value of 0.246. So that 24.6% of the variation influence of knowledge on cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members and the rest influenced by other factors outside the research model. Simultaneously the relationship between variables influence of knowledge on cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members is stronger at 0.496.
