Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data yang digunakan untuk menentukan kebijakan dividen adalah dividen kas dan total laba bersih setelah pajak yang diperoleh dari prospektus dengan menggunakan rumus dividend payout ratio dan data yang digunakan untuk menentukan kebijakan hutang adalah total hutang dan total ekuitas yang diperoleh dari prospektus dengan menggunakan rumus debt to equity ratio. Sedangkan untuk nilai perusahaan menggunakan proxy Tobin’s Q. Penarikan sampel, pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode purposive sampling menggunakan tabel Isaac. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdfatar di BEI tahun 2016. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dengan data sekunder dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasional menggunakan SPSS 24.0. Terdapat 40 Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI yang dianalisis. Data Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Nilai Perusahaan diambil dari laporan keuangan tahun 2016. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh di antara Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Nilai Perusahaan. This study aimed to analyze the effect of ownership structure and dividend policy on company value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016. This study used secondary data, the data used to determine the dividend policy is a dividend cash and total net income after tax obtained from the prospectus by using the dividend payout ratio formula and the data used to determine the debt policy is total debt and total total equity from the prospectus by using the debt equity ratio formula. As for the value of the company using proxies Tobin's Q. The sample in this study, used purposive sampling method from Isaac’s table. In this study, the sample used is 40 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016. Data collection used documentation technique with secondary data and the analytical methods used were correlational analysis by SPSS 24.0. There are 40 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) were analyzed. Data Dividend Policy, Debt Policy and Corporate Values were taken from the financial statements in 2016. The study also used the classical assumption and hypothesis testing to determine the impact of dividend policy, debt policy, and the corporate value.
