Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership, budaya organisasi, dan altruisme terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan guru sekolah dasar Perkumpulan Strada. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampelnya berjumlah 191 orang guru pada 28 sekolah dasar yang bernaung di bawah Perkumpulan Strada. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling. Software yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) servant leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan; 2) budaya klan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, sementara budaya adhokrasi, pasar dan hierarki tidak berpengaruh signifikan; 3) altruisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan; 4) servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semua tipe budaya organisasi, kecuali budaya pasar; 5) servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap altruisme; 6) budaya adhokrasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap altruisme, sementara ketiga budaya lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan; 7) servant leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan melalui budaya klan; sementara peran mediasi budaya adhokrasi, pasar dan hierarki tidak terbukti secara empirik; 8) servant leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan melalui altruisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dapat dikembangkan dengan meningkatkan servant leadership, budaya klan dan altruisme. This study aims to examine the effect of servant leadership, organizational culture, and altruism on the knowledge-sharing behavior in elemenatary school teacher of Perkumpulan Strada. The research was conducted using quantitative. The research data was obtained by survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The sample consisted of 191 teachers at 28 elementary schools under the Perkumulan Strada. Sampling was determined using simple random sampling. The research data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The software used is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) The results of the study showed that: 1) servant leadership has no significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior; 2) clan culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior, while adhocratic culture, market and hierarchy have no significant effect; 3) altruism has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior; 4) servant leadership has a significant effect on all types of organizational culture, except market culture; 5) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on altruism; 6) Adhocratic culture has a negative and significant effect on altruism, while the other three cultures do not have a significant effect; 7) servant leadership has an indirect effect on knowledge sharing behavior through clan culture; while the mediating role of adhocratic culture, market and hierarchy is not empirically proven; 8) servant leadership has an indirect effect on knowledge sharing behavior through altruism. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that knowledge sharing behavior can be developed by increasing servant leadership, clan culture and altruism.
