Abstract
MUHAMMAD KHAIR ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Program Supervisi akademik Pengawas sekolah: 1) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk merencanakan pembelajaran memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL). 2) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk memfungsikan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). 3) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk memberikan penguatan kompetensi peserta didik,dan 4) Program pupervisi akademik pengawas dekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk meningkatkan belajar peserta didik.Metodepenelitianinidilakukandenganmenggunakanpendekatanpenelitiankual itatif. Data yang dikumpulkanberasaldarinaskahwawancara, catatanlapangan, dokumen, catatan, memo, dan dokumenresmilainnyabukanberupaangka- angka..Responden adalah guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas di Kabupaten Ketapang masing-masing berjumlah 36, 14 dan 13 orang.Hasil penelitian untuk masing-masing tujuan adalah: 1) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk merencanakan pembelajaran memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) cukup baik, 2) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk memfungsikan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) adalah baik, 3) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam memberikan penguatan kompetensi peserta didik adalah baik dan 4) Program supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dalam membimbing guru untuk meningkatkan belajar peserta didik adalah baik. MUHAMMAD KHAIR ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the School Supervisor's academic Supervision Program: 1) The school supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to plan learning meets the Graduate Competency Standards (SKL). 2) School supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to function the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). 3) School supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to strengthen students' competencies, and 4) Academic supervisors of school supervisors in guiding teachers to improve student learning. The method of this research is carried out using a qualitative research approach. Data collected from interviews, field notes, documents, notes, memos, and other official documents are not numbers. Respondents were teachers, principals and supervisors in Ketapang Regency, 36, 14 and 13 people respectively.The research results for each objective are: 1) The school supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to plan learning meets the Graduates Competency Standards (SKL) is quite good, 2) The school supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to function the Learning Implementation Plan is good, 3) the school supervisor's academic supervision program in strengthening student competencies is good and 4) the school supervisor's academic supervision program in guiding teachers to improve student learning is good.
