Abstract

ABSTRAK Sintiya (1407617042), Program LDKS dalam Mengembangkan Karakter Kepemimpinan Siswa (Studi Deskriptif : SMPN 3 Depok, Jawa Barat. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Program LDKS dalam mengembangkan karakter kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 3 Depok, Jawa Barat Tahun 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas 7 dan kelas 8 yang mengikuti Program LDKS di SMPN 3 Depok, Jawa Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 95 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program LDKS ini mengembangkan karakter kepemimpinan siswa melalui serangkaian kegiatan seperti pemberian materi, yel-yel gembira, temu ekskul, makrab, caraka, api unggun, renungan, dan outbound yang direncanakan dengan melibatkan banyak orang yaitu guru-guru sebagai panitia pelaksana dan bekerjasama dengan TNI AD untuk tujuan dan harapan seseorang dapat memupuk jiwa yang bertanggung jawab, amanah, dan bekerja keras, menanamkan rasa disiplin yang tinggi, dapat bekerja sama secara maksimal, dan dapat memimpin di lingkungan sekolah. Adapun karakteristik kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan melalui Program LDKS teradapat 6 karakter meliputi : keterampilan berkomunikasi dengan kategori cukup baik (60%), kemampuan mempengaruhi orang lain dengan kategori sangat baik (90%), percaya diri dengan kategori baik (79%), kecerdasan berpikir dan emosi dengan kategori sangat baik (86%), dorongan yang kuat untuk memimpin dengan kategori sangat baik (98%), dan keterampilan berorganisasi dengan kategori baik (78%). Thesis. Jakarta: Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2022. This study uses a descriptive method to describe the process of LDKS planning to cultivate student leadership in SMPN 3 Depok, West Java in 2020. The object of this research is 3 Depok, West Java, 7th and 8th grade students participating in the SMPN LDKS program. Sampling was conducted on 95 research subjects through purposeful sampling. The results of this research show that LDKS plans to cultivate the leadership character of students through a series of activities such as providing materials, happy shouts, extracurricular meetings, makrab, caraka, bonfires, reflections and going abroad, involving many people, that is, teachers as committees. Implement and cooperate with TNI AD to achieve the goals and expectations of a person who can cultivate a responsible, trustworthy and hardworking spirit, instill a high sense of discipline, can work together in the best way, and be able to lead the school environment. There are six characteristics of leadership developed through the LDKS program. This includes organizational skills in a fairly good category (60%), ability to influence others in a very good category (90%), and selfconfidence in a good category (79%). ), Thinking and emotional intelligence in a very good category (86%), strong willingness to lead in a very good category (98%), and organizational skills in a good category (78%).
