Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana adaptasi masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda dalam menghadapi banjir rob. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda. Jumlah sampel diambil sebesar 100 Responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda melakukan adaptasi secara individu maupun bersama. Adaptasi yang dilakukan masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda ialah adaptasi fisik, ekonomi dan sosial. Untuk adaptasi fisik masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda bagi yang memiliki penghasilan lebih melakukan peninggian bangunan tempat tinggal , namun apabila keuangan tidak mencukupi masyarakat kelurahan Marunda hanya melakukan pengurugan, selain itu masyarakat juga memindahkan barang-barang ke tempat yang lebih tinggi. Bagi infrastruktur jalan masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda kerap melakukan gotong royong meninggikan jalan agar tidak tergenang banjir rob. Bagi masyarakat yang memiliki tambak, masyarakat melakukan pemasangan waring disekitar tambak, masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda juga melakukan budidaya kerang hijau guna menutupi kerugian hasil tambak akibat banjir rob. Untuk adaptasi sosial, masyarakat melakukan gotong royong untuk meninggikan jalan agar tidak tergenang banjir rob, selain itu untuk aktivitas belajar mengajar beberapa sekolah yang tergenang banjir rob meliburkan kegiatan belajar mengajar, masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda juga saling tolong menolong tetangga apabila terdampak banjir rob, selain itu masyarakat kelurahan Marunda juga mengungsi ke rumah sanak saudara ataupun posko banjir. Untuk adaptasi ekonomi, masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda melakukan kegiatan budidaya kerang hijau demi menutupi kerugian akibat banjir rob, masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda juga menjual sisa tambak. Karena sebagian besar masyarakat Kelurahan Marunda berprofesi sebagai karyawan, mereka teteap bekerja saat terjadi banjir rob. Kata Kunci: Adaptasi, Banjir Rob, Marunda This study aims to determine how the adaptation of the Marunda Village community in dealing with tidal flooding. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study is the people of Marunda Village. Samples were taken by 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The result of this research is that the people of Marunda Village carry out individual adaptation. The adaptation carried out by the Marunda Village community is a physical, economic and social adaptation. For the physical adaptation of the Marunda Village community for those who have more income than raising their residential buildings, but if the finances are not sufficient, the Marunda Village community will only do the backfilling, besides that the community also moves goods to a higher place. For road infrastructure, the people of Marunda Village often work together to raise roads so that they are not inundated by tidal flooding. For people who have ponds, the community installs waring around the pond, the Marunda Village community also cultivates green mussels to cover losses from pond results due to tidal flooding. For social adaptation , the community does mutual cooperation to raise roads so that they are not inundated by the tidal flood, in addition to teaching and learning activities, several schools that were inundated by the tidal flood have closed teaching and learning activities, the people of Marunda Village also help each other if the tidal flood occurs. Marunda also fled to relatives’ houses or flood posts. For an economic adaptation , the people of Marunda Village carry out green cultivation activities to cover losses due to tidal flooding, the Marunda Village community also sells the rest of the pond. Because most of the people of Marunda Urban Village work as employees, they work when there is a tidal flood. Keywords : Adaptation, Rob Floods, Marunda
