Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model latihan yoga, dengan hasil produk dalam bentuk buku dan aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan dalam latihan yoga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pengembangan yang diadaptasi dengan disain penelitian pengembangan oleh Borg and Gall. Partisipan yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat yang keseluruhan berjumlah 65. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian klub Bakti Negara Benyuning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Tahapan pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahapan awal, uji ahli, uji terbatas dilakukan terhadap kelompok kecil, uji lapangan (field Testing), uji efektifitas menggunakan metode statistik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dari hasil evaluasi ahli yoga dan pelatih model latihan secara keseluruhan dapat digunakan dan dalam tahap uji coba. Uji coba kelompok kecil menyatakan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan dan dipraktekkan oleh atlet silat. Uji coba kelompok besar menyatakan bahwa model latihan yang dikembangkan bermanfaat untuk menambah variasi latihan flexibelitas dan daya tahan anaerobik. Berdasarkan efektivitas model terdapat perbedaan fleksibelitas dan daya tahan anaerob sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model latihan yoga hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil dengan nilai signifikan <0,05. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model latihan yoga terbukti bermanfaat untuk menambah variasi latihan atlet dan efektif meningkatkan fleksibelitas serta daya tahan anaerob atlet pencak silat. The purpose of this research is to produce a yoga practice model, with the product in the form of a book that can be used in yoga practice. The method used in this research is development research adapted to the development research design by Borg and Gall. The participants involved in this study were pencak silat athletes, totaling 65. The place where the research was carried out was the Benyuning Bakti Negara club. Data was collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The stages of data collection were carried out in the early stages, expert tests, limited tests were carried out on small groups, field testing, and effectiveness tests using statistical methods. The results of the study prove that from the evaluation results of yoga experts and trainers the overall exercise model can be used and is in the pilot stage. The small group trial stated that the developed model could be applied and practiced by silat athletes. The large group trial stated that the exercise model developed was useful for increasing the variety of anaerobic flexibility and endurance exercises. Based on the effectiveness of the model, there are differences in flexibility and anaerobic endurance before and after the implementation of the yoga exercise model, this can be seen from the results with a significant value <0.05. This conclusion shows that the development of a yoga exercise model is proven to be useful for increasing the variety of athletes' training and effectively increasing the flexibility and anaerobic endurance of pencak silat athletes.
