Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan terhadap Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan di Kota Depok Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini mengkaji 3 unsur pokok yang harus dimiliki oleh destinasi wisata yaitu atraksi, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh wisatawan Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan dengan usia minimal 17 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang berhasil ditemukan adalah 34 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1.) Seluruh indikator dalam atraksi di Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan mendapat penilaian yang baik dari wisatawan. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap atraksi wisata di Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan masuk dalam katagori menarik dengan jumlah 130 skor rata-rata. 2.) Persepsi wisatawan terhadap amenitas yang terdapat di Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan masuk dalam katagori cukup baik dengan jumlah 101 skor rata-rata. Terdapat beberapa amenitas di destinasi wisata ini yang perlu mendapat perhatian karena mendapat penilaian cukup dari wisatawan seperti kebersihan toilet serta posisi tempat parkir. Kemudian ketersediaan pelampung pada wahana air di destinasi ini mendapat penilaian tidak baik 3.) Persepsi wisatawan terhadap aksesibilitas menuju Destinasi Wisata Air Situ Pedongkelan masuk dalam katagori mudah dengan jumlah 115 skor rata-rata. Untuk ketersediaan petunjuk jalan mendapat penilaian cukup dari wisatawan. Destinasi wisata ini tidak dilalui oleh angkutan umum maka untuk keterjangkauan angkutan umum mendapat penilaian tidak baik. This study aims to analyze tourist perceptions of the Pedongkelan Situ Water Tourism Destination in Depok City, West Java. This study examines 3 main elements that must be owned by tourist destinations, namely attractions, amenities, and accessibility. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all tourists from Situ Pedongkelan Water Tourism Destinations with a minimum age of 17 years. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. The number of samples that were found were 34 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and then the data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1.) All indicators in attractions at Situ Pedongkelan Water Tourism Destinations get good ratings from tourists. Tourist perceptions of tourist attractions at Pedongkelan Situ Water Tourism Destinations are included in the attractive category with a total of 130 average scores. 2.) Tourist perceptions of the amenities found in the Pedongkelan Situ Water Tourism Destination are in the fairly good category with an average score of 101. There are several amenities in this tourist destination that need attention because they receive sufficient ratings from tourists, such as the cleanliness of the toilets and the position of the parking lot. Then the availability of buoys on water rides at this destination received a bad rating. 3.) Tourist perceptions of accessibility to Situ Pedongkelan Water Tourism Destinations are in the easy category with an average score of 115. For the availability of directions, it has received sufficient ratings from tourists. This tourist destination is not traversed by public transportation, so for the affordability of public transportation it is not considered good.
