Abstract

HUBUNGAN KELENTUKAN DAN KESEIMBANGAN TERHADAP AKURASI SHOOTING ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul hubungan Fleksibilitas dan Keseimbangan terhadap Akurasi Shooting .Masalah penelitian meliputi, Apakah terdapat hubungan antara Fleksibilitas dengan Akurasi Shooting, Apakah terdapat Hubungan Keseimbangan dengan Akurasi Shooting , Apakah terdapat hubungan Fleksibilitas dan Keseimbangan secara bersamaan dengan Akurasi Shooting.Hasil Perhitungan kolerasi diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 0,587 dan t-tabel = 1,73 maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Fleksibilitas terhadap hasil Akurasi Shooting , Hasil Perhitungan kolerasi diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 3,041 dan t-tabel = 1,73 maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Keseimbangan terhadap hasil Akurasi Shooting , Hasil Perhitungan kolerasi diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 14 dan t-tabel = 1,7 maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Berarti terdapat hubungan yang Positif antara hubungan Fleksibilitas dan Keseimbangan secara bersamaan dengan Akurasi Shooting .Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya Fleksibilitas dan Keseimbangan maka akan meningkat pula Hasil Akurasi Shooting Kata Kunci : Fleksibilitas , Keseimbangan, Akurasi Shooting THE RELATIONSHIP OF FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE TO SHOOTING ACCURACY ABSTRACT This study is entitled the relationship between Flexibility and Balance on Shooting Accuracy. The research problems include, Is there a relationship between Flexibility and Shooting Accuracy, Is there a Relationship between Balance and Shooting Accuracy, Is there a relationship between Flexibility and Balance simultaneously with Shooting Accuracy. The result of the correlation calculation is that the t value is obtained -count = 0.587 and t-table = 1.73 then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. It means that there is a positive relationship between Flexibility and Shooting Accuracy. The result of the correlation calculation is that thet-count = 3.041 and t-table = 1.73, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that there is a positive relationship between balance and Shooting accuracy. The result of the correlation calculation is that the t-count = 14 and t-table = 1.7, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that there is a positive relationship between the relationship between Flexibility and Balance simultaneously with Shooting Accuracy. The final conclusion obtained through this research is that increasing Flexibility and Balance will also increase Shooting Accuracy Results Keywords: Flexibility, Balance, Shooting Accuracy
