Abstract

Desain Program Pelatihan Kelas Maya "Basic Leadership" di BRI LIFE bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah rancangan desain pelatihan jarak jauh dalam bentuk desain course site. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Prototyping yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu: Assess Needs and Analyze Content; Set Objective; Construct Prototype; Utilize Prototype; Install and Maintain System, dan dibatasi hingga tahap Install tanpa dilanjutkan ke tahap maintain system. Penelitian ini telah ditinjau oleh ahli desain pelatihan jarak jauh, ahli media pelatihan jarak jauh, dan ahli materi Basic Leadership. Hasil baik ditunjukkan dari respon ahli terhadap produk, terbukti dengan sedikitnya jumlah revisi yang diterima untuk perbaikan produk. "Basic Leadership" Virtual Class Training Program Design at BRI LIFE aims to develop a virtual class training design with course site design as a final product. This research is applying Rapid Prototyping method consisting of 5 stages which are: Assess Needs and Analyze Content; Set Objectives; Construct Protoype; Utilize Protoype; Install and Maintain System, that are only conducted to install without maintain system. This research has been reviewed by long-distance training designer expert, long-distance training media expert, and material expert for "Basic Leadership". Good results are shown from expert responses to the product, as evidenced by the small number of revisions received for product improvement.
