Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat bantu latihan kecepatan reaksi hindaran kategori ganda pada pencak silat yang menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh dari uji kelayakan dan uji validasi memperoleh hasil dari dosen ahli pencak silat 88,3%, pelatih pencak silat kategori seni TGR Pelatda DKI Jakarta 98,3%, dan dosen ahli tes pengukuran olahraga 100%. Terdapat peningkatan dari hasil pretest dan posttest (ruler drop test) sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan alat bantu yaitu dengan persentase sebesar 12,8%. Penelitian menghasilkan 1 media alat bantu latihan kecepatan reaksi hindaran kategori ganda pada pencak silat bernama Attack Machine, 1 buku panduan, 1 video penggunaan alat, dan 1 video pemasangan alat. Serta pembahasan dari hasil penelitian, maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan hasil dari validasi ahli, Attack Machine dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Alat, Latihan, Alat Bantu, Kecepatan Reaksi, Hindaran, Pencak Silat. Abstract. This research aims to develop tools exercise speed of reaction evasion doubles category at the pencak silat using the method of R&D (Research and Development) with the model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Based on the results of the research have been obtained from the feasibility test and test validation of the obtained results of the expert faculty pencak silat of 88.3%, coach pencak silat category art TGR Countries DKI Jakarta 98,3%, and lecturer experts test the measurement of the sport 100%. There is an increase from the pretest and posttest (ruler drop test) before and after using the tools of the percentage of 12.8%. The research resulted in 1 media tools exercise speed of reaction evasion doubles category at the pencak silat named Attack Machine, 1 user guide, 1 video the use of tools, and 1 video of the installation tool. As well as the discussion of the results of the study, then the researcher can draw the conclusion that based on the results of validation experts, the Attack Machine can be used as a tool for exercise.
