Abstract

SHERLY ALFITROH SAEFUDIN. 2022. Penggunaan paralelisme pada program debat À L’Air Libre Edisi Khusus Primaire Écologiste: Le Grand Débat pada Kanal Youtube Mediapart. Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Prancis, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis paralelisme yang digunakan pada program debat À L’Air Libre Edisi Khusus Primaire Écologiste: Le Grand Débat pada Kanal Youtube Mediapart ditinjau dari penggunaan antitesis, konstruksi paralel, struktur kalimat yang berpola, dan secara kontekstual. Jenis-jenis paralelisme pada penelitian ini berdasar pada teori Henri Suhamy (2012) yang terdiri dari paralelisme paradiastole dan paralelisme hypozeuxe. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik sadap sebagai awalannya dan teknik catat di akhir. Sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis reduksi yang terdiri dari proses pemilihan, memfokuskan, mengidentifikasi, dan menginterpretasikan data-data yang mengandung unsurunsur paralelisme jenis paradiastole dan hypozeuxe pada dialog dalam sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 45 data pada debat À L’Air Libre Edisi Khusus Primaire Écologiste: Le Grand Débat pada Kanal Youtube Mediapart yang mengandung unsur paralelisme. Secara rinci, terdapat 23 data paralelisme paradiastole yang banyak digunakan untuk menjelaskan dan mengungkapkan argumen pada debat. Sementara itu, terdapat 22 data paralelisme hypozeuxe yang banyak digunakan untuk menjelaskan dan membantah argumen pada debat. This study aims to determine the types of parallelism used in the debat program L’Air Libre Special Edition Primaire Écologiste: Le Grand Débat on the Mediapart Youtube Channel in terms of the use of antithesis, parallel construction, patterned sentence structure, and contextually. The types of parallelism in this study are based on Henri Suhamy’s (2013) theory which consists of paradiastolic and hypozeuxe parallelism. This research is qualitative research. Data collection in this study used the listening method with the tapping technique as the beginning and the note-taking technique at the end. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using a reduction analysis technique consisting of a process of selecting, focusing, identifying, and interpreting data containing elements of paradiastole and hypozeuxe parallelism in the dialogue in the data source. The results of this study indicate that there are 45 data on the debate program L'Air Libre Special Edition Primaire Écologiste: Le Grand Débat on the Mediapart Youtube Channel which contains elements of parallelism. In detail, there are 23 paradiastolic parallelism data that are widely used to explain and express arguments in the debate. Meanwhile, there are 22 hypozeuxe parallelism data that are widely used to explain and refute the arguments in the debate. Keywords: Parallelism, Hypozeuxe, Paradiastole, Debate, Youtube Mediapart
