Abstract
Galih Taufik Hidayat, 2022. Pengaruh Metode Meaningful Instructional Design dengan Media Iklan Sirop terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Cerita Pendek pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Meaningful instructional design dengan media iklan sirop terhadap kemampuan menulis teks cerita pendek pada siswa kelas XI SMK Cipta Karya di Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen jenis Pre-experimental desain dengan menggunakan tipe One-Group Pretest-Posttest Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas siswa kelas XI SMK Cipta Karya yang terletak di daerah Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2021/22 terdiri atas 1 kelas dan berjumlah 15 siswa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t, menunjukan data pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen adalah thitung = 12,35 dan ttabel = 2,144. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode meaningful instructional design dengan media iklan sirop ini dapat memengaruhi siswa dalam menulis teks cerita pendek. Siswa juga mampu untuk memahami lebih baik mengenai teks cerpen dan mampu menulis teks cerpen secara baik dengan memperhatikan beberapa aspek-aspeknya, seperti struktur teks yang terdiri atas (orientasi, komplikasi, resolusi, dan koda), lalu ada unsur pembangun yang terdiri atas (tema, amanat/pesan, tokoh, penokohan, alur, setting atau latar, sudut pandang, dan gaya bahasa) dan yang terakhir kaidah kebahasaan yang terdiri atas (kalimat langsung dan kalimat tidak langsung, kata sifat, kata konjungsi kronologi, dan ketepatan penggunaan EYD). This study aims to determine the effect of the Meaningful Method Instructional Design with syrup advertising media on the ability to write short story texts in class XI students of Cipta Karya Vocational School in Bekasi. This study uses an experimental method of Pre-experimental design using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest type of design. The population in this study was class XI students of Cipta Karya Vocational School located in the Bekasi area in the 2021/22 academic year consisting of 1 class and totaling 15 students. Based on the hypothesis test with t-test, showing the pretest and posttest data in the experimental class is t count = 12.35 and t table = 2.144. It can be concluded that the use of the meaningful method instructional design with syrup advertising media can influence students in writing short story texts. Students are also able to understand better about short stories texts and are able to write short stories well by paying attention to several aspects, such as the structure of the text consisting of (orientation, complications, resolution, and code), then there are building elements consisting of (theme, message, character, characterization, plot, setting or background, point of view, and style of language) and the last is linguistic rules consisting of (direct sentences and indirect sentences, adjectives, chronological conjunctions, and the correct use of EYD) .
