Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model aktivitas masyarakat berolahraga di rumah pada masa pandemi dengan permainan sederhana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memodifikasi Research and Development (model Pengembangan) ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan 1. Analysis, 2. Design, 3. Development dan 4. Implement, 5. Evaluate. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa aktivitas masyarakat berolahraga di rumah pada masa pandemi dengan permainan sederhana sebanyak 12 model yang di uji cobakan dalam uji implementasi sebanyak 12 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas masyarakat berolahraga di rumah pada masa pandemi dengan permainan sederhana dapat digunakan dalam proses aktivitas olahraga dalam permainan sederhana, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian model aktivitas masyarakat berolahraga di rumah pada masa pandemi dengan permainan sederhana dapat diterapkan terhadap masyarakat di Pondok Kelapa. Kata Kunci : Model Permainan Sederhana, Aktifitas Olahraga, Pandemi ********** ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a model of community activities exercising at home during a pandemic with simple games. The method used in this study modifies the Research and Development (Development model) ADDIE which has 5 stages 1. Analysis, 2. Design, 3. Development and 4. Implement, 5. Evaluate. The results of the study resulted in a product in the form of community activities exercising at home during the pandemic with 12 simple games models that were tested in the implementation test of 12 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that community activities exercising at home during the pandemic with simple games can be used in the process of sports activities in simple games, so that they can make a good contribution to society. Based on the results of the research, the model of community activity exercising at home during the pandemic with simple games can be applied to the community in Pondok Kelapa.
