Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penilaian kompetensi profesional guru berbasis elektronik di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pelita Harapan dalam program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan dari Gall, Gall, dan Borg edisi ke-8 yaitu Steps of System Approach Model of Educational Research and Development yang mengadopsi model Systematic Design of Instruction dari Dick, Carey, & Carey. Sistem penilaian kompetensi profesional guru berbasis elektronik ini memiliki tiga bentuk penilaian yaitu on-screen testing, e-portofolio, dan e-report. Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) dan guru pamong sebagai penilai, dilatih mengenai cara menggunakan sistem penilaian ini khususnya e-portfolio dan e-report. Sistem penilaian dan pelatihan DPL dan guru pamong menggunakan LMS Moodle. Hasil analisis data berdasarkan evaluasi formatif menyatakan bahwa (1) DPL dan guru pamong memiliki pemahaman yang cukup baik mengenai sistem penilaian berbasis elektronik, (2) DPL dan guru pamong mampu menggunakan sistem penilaian kompetensi profesional guru berbasis elektronik, terbukti dari hasil belajar mereka yang meningkat sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan sistem penilaian ini saat pelatihan. Pada evaluasi field trial, menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata pre pre tes 7,37 dan pos tes 14,77, (3) DPL dan guru pamong memiliki respon positif terhadap implementasi sistem penilaian berbasis elektronik ini. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem penilaian yang dihasilkan layak, efektif dan relevan digunakan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomedasi antara lain bagi DPL dan guru pamong dapat terbiasa dengan sistem penilaian berbasis elektronik apalagi dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 yang melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah. Sistem penilaian berbasis elektronik ini juga terbuka untuk dikembangkan oleh dosen dan guru di kampus dan sekolah lain secara kreatif dan variatif dengan menggunakan berbagai platform penilaian berbasis elektronik yang dapat mengukur tujuan pembelajaran. Kata kunci: E-portofolio, e-report, kompetensi profesional guru, Moodle, penilaian berbasis elektronik ********** This study aims to develop an electronic assessment system of teacher professional competence at the Faculty of Education, Pelita Harapan University in the Field Experience Program. The research method used is the method of educational research and development from Gall, Gall, and Borg,7th edition, namely the Steps of System Approach Model of Educational Research and Development which adopts the Systematic Design of Instruction model from Dick, Carey, & Carey. The novelty of this research is that this electronic assessment system of teacher professional competence was developed based on the principles of assessment involving technology. This system has three forms of assessment, namely on-screen testing, e-portfolio, and e-report. Field supervisors and teacher supervisors play an important role in this assessment system as assessors, so first they need to be trained how to use this assessment system, especially e-portfolios and e-reports. The electronic assessment system and training of field supervisor and teacher supervisor use the LMS Moodle. The results of data analysis based on formative evaluation stated that (1) DPL and tutor teachers had a good understanding of the electronic-based assessment system, (2) DPL and tutor teachers were able to use the competency assessment system electronic-based teacher professionals, as evidenced by their improved learning outcomes before and after using this scoring system during training. In the field trial evaluation, the results showed the average pre-test score was 7.37 and post-test was 14.77, (3) DPL and tutor teachers had a positive response. towards the implementation of this electronic-based assessment system. Therefore, it can be concluded that the electronic assessment system of teacher professional competence that produced is feasible, effective and relevant to use. The findings from this study resulted in recommendations, for DPL and teacher supervisors, they can be more familiar with the electronic assessment system, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which demands teaching and learning from home. This electronic assessment system is also opened to be developed by lecturers and teachers on campuses and other schools creatively and varied by using various electronic assessment platforms that can measure learning objectives.
