Abstract

Penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki tujuan utama yaitu pertama, mengidentifikasi bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat desa Tamansari yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Kampung Marketer. Kedua, mengidentifikasi bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Tamansari yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Kampung Marketer dilihat dari tindakan kewirausahaan sosial. Ketiga, menjelaskan dampak dari diselenggarakannya pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Tamansari, Kecamatan Karangmoncol, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian empat orang pengurus lembaga Kampung Marketer serta dua orang peserta pelatihan lembaga Kampung Marketer. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di sekretariat lembaga Kampung Marketer, di Desa Tamansari, Kecamatan Karangmoncol, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Kampung Marketer merupakan bentuk dari tindakan kewirausahaan sosial karena telah memiliki 4 elemen kewirausahaan sosial. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan sosialnya, lembaga Kampung Marketer telah melakukan beberapa usaha seperti mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji potensi wilayah pemberdayaan, menyusun rencana kegiatan pelatihan, merekrut peserta peserta pelatihan, melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan, memantau proses dan hasil kegiatan, serta membangun kapital sosial, dan hambatan yang dirasakan selama melakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Kampung Marketer pun memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi, baik dampak kepada lembaga Kampung Marketer maupun kepada peserta pelatihan. In general, this research has three main objectives. First, identify the form of community empowerment in Tamansari village, which is carried out by the Kampung Marketer Institute. Second, identify the form of community empowerment in Tamansari Village carried out by the Kampung Marketer Institution in terms of social entrepreneurship actions. Third, explain the impact of holding community empowerment in Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with case study methods. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with the research subjects of four administrators of the Kampung Marketer institution and two training participants of the Kampung Marketer institution. The location of the research was carried out at the secretariat of the Kampung Marketer institution, in Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency. The results of the study explain that the training activities carried out by the Kampung Marketer institution are a form of social entrepreneurship action because they already have four elements of social entrepreneurship. In carrying out its social activities, the Kampung Marketer institution has made several efforts such as identifying and assessing the potential of empowerment areas, preparing training activity plans, recruiting training participants, carrying out training activities, monitoring the process and results of activities, as well as building social capital, and obstacles experienced during carrying out empowerment activities. The training activities carried out by the Kampung Marketer institution also have a social and economic impact, both on the Kampung Marketer institution and on the training participants.
