Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran permainan SUKADA yang dapat mempermudah siswa dengan ketunarunguan dalam pembelajaran membaca ujaran kata benda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development Research dengan model PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, produksi atau pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh tiga orang ahli, diantaranya satu ahli media, satu ahli materi, dan satu orang ahli siswa tunarungu serta diujikan kepada tiga orang siswa tunarungu kelas III di SLB Negeri 7 Jakarta dengan didampingi oleh guru dalam pembelajaran membaca ujaran kata benda secara online dan tatap muka. Hasil validasi dari ahli media menunjukan persentase sebesar 72,72% yang berarti baik dalam segi pengembangan media. Hasil ahli materi menunjukan persentase sebesar 92,63% yang berarti sangat baik dalam segi cara penyampaian materi. Hasil ahli tunarungu menunjukan persentase sebesar 95,78% yang berarti sangat baik dalam segi kesesuaian dengan karakteristik siswa tunarungu. Pada uji pengguna dihasilkan siswa tunarungu sudah dapat membaca ujaran dengan benar dan tepat serta menghasilkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. This study aims to produce a product in the form of SUKADA game learning media that can facilitate students with hearing impairment in lip reading nouns and provide fun learning. This study uses the Design and Development Research method with the PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) model which consists of three stages, namely planning, production or development, and evaluation. The resulting product was validated by three experts, including one media expert, one substance expert, and one deaf student expert and tested on three third graders deaf students at SLB Negeri 7 Jakarta accompanied by a teacher specialized on nouns reading and speech online and offline learning. The validated results from media experts show a percentage of 72.72% which means it is in good terms for developing the media. The results of material experts show a percentage of 92.63% which means it is very successful in terms of the way the contents are delivered. The results of the deaf experts showed a percentage of 95.78% which means very good in terms of the conformity with the characteristics of deaf students. In the user test, the deaf students were able to read the utterance correctly and precisely and produce fun learning.
