Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan program pelatihan terkait mengembangkan powerpoint pembelajaran dengan menggunakan prinsip desain pesan. Model yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu model ADDIE yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan meliputi (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Analisis pendahuluan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan teridentifikasi minimnya pengetahuan guru SMA dalam mengembangkan powerpoint pembelajaran dengan menggunakan prinsip desain pesan. Pelatihan ini dikembangkan dengan langkah-langkah sistematis dari tahap model ADDIE. Namun keterbatasan pengembangan pada penelitian ini yaitu hingga tahap pengembangan. Evaluasi formatif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini melalui (Expert review) melibatkan ahli instruksional, ahli materi, ahli media serta Uji pengguna secara (One-to-one) dan (Small Group). Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan program pelatihan yang terdiri atas Garis Besar Program Pelatihan (GBPP), dan Modul pelatihan. Berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut maka produk pelatihan dikategorikan baik sekali dan layak diaplikasikan saat pelatihan berlangsung. This development research resulted in a training program related to developing learning powerpoints using message design principles. The model used in this research is the ADDIE model which consists of several stages including (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Preliminary analysis of this research was conducted by using observation and interview methods. From the results of the needs analysis, it was identified the lack of knowledge of high school teachers in developing learning powerpoints using message design principles. This training was developed with systematic steps from the ADDIE model stage. However, the limitation of development in this research is the development stage. The formative evaluation used in this study was through (Expert review) involving instructional experts, material experts, media experts and user tests (One-to-one) and (Small Group). The implication of this research is to produce a training program consisting of an Outline of the Training Program (GBPP), and a training module. Based on this evaluation, the training product is categorized as very good and feasible to be applied during the training.
