Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-disclosure terhadap resiliensi perempuan pencari nafkah utama. Karakteristik sampel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) berjumlah 25 butir dan The Jourard Sixty-Item Self-Disclosure Questionnaire berjumlah 60 butir. Hasil penelitian pada 272 sampel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-disclosure terhadap resiliensi dengan p-value (0,000) <0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,188, menunjukkan bahwa self-disclosure berpengaruh sebesar 18,8% terhadap resiliensi. Berdasarkan hasil uji persamaan regresi, self-disclosure diketahui memengaruhi resiliensi secara positif, semakin tinggi self-disclosure, semakin tinggi resiliensi pada perempuan pencari nafkah utama. Kata Kunci: Self-disclosure, resiliensi, perempuan pencari nafkah utama. ABSTRACT: This study aims to discover the effect of self-disclosure to the female breadwinners resilience, using a quantitative method with regression analysis. The instruments used in this study includes 25 items of Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD- RISC), and 60 items of Jourard Sixty-Item Self-Disclosure Questionnaire. There are 272 female breadwinners (married, have at least a child, and contributed to more than 50% to fulfill the household needs as the research sample. The result of this study shows that there is significant influence between self-disclosure towards female breadwinners resilience with p-value (0,000) < 0,05.
