Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh locus of control dan konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK Sejahtera Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Maret, terhitung sejak bulan Maret 2017 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Sejahtera dengan populasi terjangkaunya siswa kelas XI (sebelas). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik acak proporsional, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 139 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survey, pencatatan dokumen dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri atas uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapatkan diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang parsial antara locus of control dan kematangan karir. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5.382 > nilai ttabel 1.656. Kemudian diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang parsial antara konsep diri dan kematangan karir. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 7.262 > nilai ttabel 1.656. locus of control dan Konsep Diri secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap Kematangan Karir, hal ini terlihat dari hasil data yang menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 63.860 > nilai Ftabel sebesar 3.06. Dengan persamaan regresi yang didapatkan adalah Ŷ = 34.452 + 0858X1 + 0.393X2. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 0.484 yang artinya locus of control (X1) dan konsep diri (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir (Y) sebesar 48.4%. This study aims to determine whether there is effect of locus of control and selfconcept on the career maturity of students of SMK Sejahtera Jakarta This research was conducted during March, starting from March 2017 until May 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study is all students of SMK Sejahtera with the reachable population of students of class XI (eleven). Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of sample research counted 139 responder. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. Data analysis technique performed is test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity, test of classical assumption, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on result of analysis that is known there is partial effect between locus Of control and career maturity. Can be seen from the results of data analysis is known that the value of t count of 5.382> value ttabel 1.656. Then it is known there is a partial effect between self-concept and career maturity. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 7.262> value ttabel 1.656. Locus of control and Self Concept simultaneously effect the Career Maturity, this is seen from the results of data showing the value of Fcount of 63.860> Ftable value of 3.06. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 34.452 + 0858X1 + 0.393X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value of R2 0.484 which means locus of control (X1) and self concept (X2) have an effect on career maturity (Y) equal to 48.4%
