Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dan orientasi tujuan dengan perilaku menyontek siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Tirta Sari Surya berdasarkan data yang valid dan dapat dipercaya. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Tirta Sari Surya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi yang terdiri dari dua kelas berjumlah 89 siswa dan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berbentuk skala likert untuk variabel efikasi diri (X1), orientasi tujuan (X2), dan perilaku menyontek (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: a) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan orientasi tujuan dengan perilaku menyontek siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Tirta Sari Surya sebesar 0,773; b) Ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku menyontek siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Tirta Sari Surya sebesar -0,534; c) Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara orientasi tujuan dengan perilaku menyontek siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Tirta Sari Surya sebesar 0,730. Serta diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri dan orientasi tujuan mampu menentukan perilaku menyontek siswa sebesar 59,7%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and goal orientation with cheating behavior of students of class XI Accounting in Vocational High School of Tirta Sari Surya by using valid and reliable empirical data. This research conducted at Vocational High School of Tirta Sari Surya. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. Affordable population in this research were students of class XI Accounting consisting of two classes amounted to 89 students and with Simple Random Sampling technique obtained a sample of 72 students. Data collection is using Likert-scale-form research instrument for self efficacy (X1), goal orientation (X2), and cheating behavior (Y). The result showed that: a) There is a significant relationship between self efficacy and goal orientation with cheating behavior of students of class XI Accounting in Vocational High School of Tirta Sari Surya that is equal to 0,773; b) There is a negative and significant correlation between self efficacy with cheating behavior of students of class XI Accounting in Vocational High School of Tirta Sari Surya that is equal to -0,534; c) There is a positive and significant correlation between goal orientation with cheating behavior of students class XI Accounting in Vocational High School of Tirta Sari Surya that is equal to 0,730. And the results obtained that self efficacy and goal orientation can determine student's cheating behavior by 59,7%.
