Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi di SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 4 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Januari 2017 sampai dengan bulan April 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Nurul Iman dengan populasi terjangkaunya siswa Administrasi Perkatoran kelas X (sepuluh) yang berjumlah 107 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik acak proporsional, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survey, pencatatan dokumen dan kuesioner. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar (Y), dilakukan dengan cara menghitung rata-rata nilai hasil ulangan harian mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi semester genap. Kemudian data motivasi belajar (X1) didapatkan dari hasil sebaran kuesioner pada responden dan disiplin belajar (X2) didapatkan dari data yang diberikan oleh guru. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri atas uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapatkan diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang parsial antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 4,242 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,667. Kemudian diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang parsial antara disiplin belajar dan hasil belajar. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,921 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,667. Motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini terlihat dari hasil data yang menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 30,842 > Ftabel sebesar 3,11. Dengan persamaan regresi yang didapatkan adalah Ŷ = 40,007 + 0,268X1 + 0.779X2. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 0,432 yang artinya motivasi belajar (X1) dan disiplin belajar (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (Y) sebesar 43.2%. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between learning motivation and learning discipline on learning outcomes in the subject introduction of accounting at SMK Nurul Iman. This research was during 4 month conducted during January, starting from January 2017 until April 2017. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta, with the inaccessible population of class X (Ten) class of Student Affairs Administration with 107 students. Technique of sampling using random technique proportional, so got the number of research sample counted 84 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of introduction of accounting subjetcs even semester. Then the data of learning motivation(X1). Obtained from the results data of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. learning discipline (X2). Obtained from the result data from the teacher. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the learning motivation and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 4,242> value ttabel 1.667. Then there is a partial influence between learning discipline and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 5,921> ttable value 1667. Learning motivation and learning discipline simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 30,842> Ftabel value of 3,11. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 40,007 + 0,268X1 + 0,779X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0,432 which means learning motivation (X1) and learning discipline (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 43,2%.
